Miakoda - Chapter IIt was a quiet summer afternoon at the edge of Kierstal Forest. There was almost no movement but the breeze rustling the grass where the plains ended and the leaves where the forest began. If there had been anybeast out, they would have surely enjoyed the scene.Miakoda - Chapter I

Their leader, a fox named Rowan, smiled at the sound of the terrified and agonized screams coming from within. “Farewell, little ones,” he chuckled. Then he heard something else, a terrifying howl as a male wolf came charging out of the flaming ruins of the ranch, a knife in each hand.Miakoda - Prologue
Rowan grinned, signaling to his underlings to take care of it. One of them, a young cheetah, rushed forward. He stood in the path of the wolf, bringing his staff up and hitting the wolf in the arms.
